Your business is registered on the SmartBiz platform. A dedicated, isolated Business Capsule database is provisioned and a signed license is delivered to your deployment.
Configure Locations & Access
Set up your shop, warehouse, and factory locations. Create user accounts, assign roles and permissions per location, and register your POS endpoints.
Load Catalog & Partners
Import your product catalog with pricing and specifications. Add suppliers and customers. Configure your chart of accounts, tax settings, and number series.
Operate Daily
Run sales orders, receive stock, issue purchase orders, process payments, and manage production workflows — all from a single, permission-controlled interface.
Report & Reconcile
Generate operational and financial reports, review accounting postings, issue customer documents, and reconcile your books at period end.
